Our Purpose:
The Rabun County Baptist Association exists to help churches to work together to do God’s will of reaching, teaching, and baptizing people through dynamic Christian fellowship and cooperative ministry.
Our Location:
Rabun County is nestled in the beautiful Northeast Georgia Mountains.
We enjoy beautiful mountain landscapes, sparkling waterfalls, hiking trails, lakes and streams.
Our mission, as Rabun County Baptist churches, is to be salt and light in our communities. We seek to share with others the Good News of Jesus Christ, and engage in missions and service in our location, our state and nation, and throughout the world, all in the the name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. The Rabun County Baptist Association was constituted in 1906, with the first meeting held at Clayton Baptist Church. Rev. Charles Ledford, pastor of Clayton Baptist Church was the association's first moderator.
